Description

Remember that one time when you were on a plane that crashed on a tiny island in the middle of the ocean and you spent over 5 years trying to find a way off and finally got the feeling that you were never going to escape? Now you've got that feeling once again, but this time there's no robot in a grass skirt, bad or otherwise.

Effect

  • Randomly changes where you are adventuring every turn, much like teleportitis (from NetHack, originally called Hack, a Rogue-like game).
  • Having this effect active allows you to adventure in the Wessonian Museum Library, and trying to return there (via the 'last adventure' link) after the effect has gone gets the message, "Try as you might, you just can't find any way to get in here. Awww."

Notes

  • It is possible that by random chance, when attempting to adventure in a zone, you will actually go to the zone. This means it is theoretically possible that one can adventure normally with the effect (though the chance of this happening is insignificant).
  • When adventuring with the effect, you can spend turns in the Games of Skill or SuperMegaGoogolplex Cinema without problem. Also, you will not wander into these areas while with the effect (probably due to the moolah cost).

References

  • The Description's whole first line describes the plot of the TV show Lost.
  • The Description's end of the second line is a play on the two producing groups that made the show; "Bad Robot Productions" and "Grass Skirt Productions"
