Description

Here you see a cabinet with a number of holes in the top. A mallet rests on the top of the cabinet and is attached to the side of the machine with a piece of rope. The words Whac-A-Bunny are emblazoned across the backboard. You briefly consider telling the attendant that "Whac" isn't a real word, but then you realise he probably already knows that, and telling him isn't likely to achieve much except scorn for your nerdly ways.

Whacking (or Whacing?) a few bunnies sounds like pretty harmless entertainment. "Don't mind if I do." you think to yourself as you give the attendant your moolah and he starts the game. The machine whirs into life as the heads of cute little bunnies start to randomly appear out of the holes.

With growing intensity, and a previously undiscovered hatred for floppy, hoppy bunnies, you smash the mallet down again and again. Stoopid bunnies with their hoppy legs and twitchy noses. You slam the hammer down again and again, but you're just a bit too slow every time.

After a few minutes the bunnies stop popping up. Looks like all the bunnies got away. The machine stops whirring but doesn't spit out any tickets. You kick the machine and start grumbling to yourself. Stinkin' bunnies with their gratuitous fluffiness and inane cuteness.

After a couple of minutes, the bunnies stop popping up. Hmmm, not much of a score there. You need to work on your accuracy.

The machine spits out a single ticket.

The attendant sees the disappointed look on your face, and feels bad for you. "Here," he says, "have a consolation prize."

You acquire a water balloon or a Fart-In-A-Bag.
