An obvious play on "Kiss me I'm Irish" t-shirts worn every year at the various St. Particks day festivals around the world. Which, in itself is a reference to Kissing the [http://www.blarneycastle.ie/pages/stone Blarney Stone]. The key being that if you cant kiss the stone, kiss an Irish.
