So as far as the issue goes with the page getting messed up, I've did some testing with it and it appears that when the page grows too large with the boxes in them, that the page then wonks out. With that in mind, I've decided to remove holiday/events from the community portal in total, I've left all the coding below for research purposes for the time being. I've turned the community portal into just the helpful links page for the time being. I figure that would at least be useful to players. Things like Holiday and Art/Stories could all be discussed on the Forums anyways, making it more of a double-up anyways. Things like important links to aid a player should however be on the wiki, and that is how this conclusion came about.
