You encounter a lunch lady whose name, according to her name badge,
and somewhat improbably, is "Probablymeat Patty". She shuffles over to you
- must be something to do with the gout - carrying a big dish of what may or may not be food,
and drops some of it into your hands. PLOP!
That's what you get for not bringing a tray.
