Didn't know the best place to put information about farming for these, so I just went ahead and decided to use this page.
Here's all I have so far: Feel free to contribute if you have any yourself.

If you have information to contribute, just add your turns spent and tickets gained and recalculate the tickets/turn and moolah/ticket. If you don't feel comfortable doing so, just add an new row onto the table.
