So where did the name 'Gobberwart' come from?

"The word 'Gobberwart' is actually from the Hitch Hiker's Guide To The Galaxy, and is used by Prostetnic Vogon Jeltz in a 'poem' which he reads to Arthur Dent and Ford Prefect prior to having them ejected from his ship.
