Three suggested improvements,

Adding columns for the adventure cost of combining and adventures gained to the table then one of the values of preparing these foods would be right on the page. Maybe do the math and just have one column >> expected adventure gain. Have the ingredients listed alphabetically, The way the ingredients are presented on combine items screen, That way discovering recipes and verifying you have your needed inputs would be easier.
