How to Obtain

• Make 30 Artery Hardeners in one go. For this you need:
  • 120 Probably-meat patties
  • 120 Slices of processed cheese
  • 30 Sachets of "special" sauce
  • 30 sesame-seed buns

Notes

• It takes 300 turns to do without the microwave oven installed in you room and 240 turns with it.
• Can only be obtained by making 30 Artery Hardeners exactly.
• Getting the McManager award first does not fulfil the criteria for both awards.
