The history of this burger is almost as long as its list of ingredients. In the mid-1950s, the world was changing, and one of the more important changes centered around a culinary genius named Richard Cockson, who created the monstrosity that you're currently looking at.
Originally, he wanted to name it after himself, but his marketing department strongly advised against it. Then they wanted to call it the Big Mick but soon ruled that out because... well, he was Welsh. Finally they settled on a name that seemed pleasing to everyone and called it a Big Jack.
Now that you know the whole story, you'd better have a healthy appetite and big hands, because it'll take two hands to handle this whopper.
