This rather sweet device was given to JazzyCat (#503) on August 19, 2008 as a reward for being rather sweet. That, and for the tagline "It's about time!"

When Used
You can't see any switches, so you decide to press down on the top of the device. The heart-shaped element at the centre of the bubble glows and the device emits a gentle, soothing hum. After a few seconds, a small piece of paper slides out from a concealed slot in the base of the bubble.
