A Pair O' Ducks

Description

At the centre of the park is a large and ornate water fountain. As you approach the fountain you see a pair of ducks swimming on the water, and nibbling on some bread. "Awwww!" you think to yourself, "What a nice park this is."

On closer observation, however, you realise the ducks are having a rather heated discussion. Finding this peculiar, to say the least, you try to listen in.

"But then if you went back in time and made it with your grandmother, that would make you your own grandfather."

"So what you're saying is, if Goofy were to go back in time and catch up with Pluto ... "

"No bird brain ... " the first duck interrupts "that's a pair of dogs! I'm talking about a paradox."

At this point they notice you standing there and direct their attention, and their irritation, towards you.

"What are you staring at!?!"

"I've... I mean.. I've just never seen talking ducks before," you say, rather nervously.

"Well we're not talking to you, so just duck off!"

With this they both grab a beak full of bread from the surface of the water and throw it at you.

You walk away shaking your head and wondering what to do with the bread. You decide to just put it in your backpack, you might feel like a snack later. If you're REALLY hungry.
