You point out that all of the words he's drawn on himself are backwards. He looks in the mirror and says they look fine to him. While he continues to examine himself, you get the jump.
He notices that the sweat from this physical exercise has caused some of his tattoos to run and pauses to fix them up.

Description
This guy once saw a real human canvas and was inspired to become just like him. Of course, his morbid fear of needles means he won't be getting a real tattoo anytime soon. Instead, he's covered himself head to toe in really bad drawings done with coloured markers.
