Description
- Ohh man! You don't know what was in that bag, but it's left you pretty amazingly messed up. Dude!

- Gives blue, italicized, Irish chat effects whilst talking that occurs randomly, such as:
- To be sure, to be sure!
- Top o' the mornin' and bottom o' the birdcage to ya!
- Diddly dee!

- The name of this effect is a refernce to the Blarney Stone which is a block of bluestone built into the battlements of Blarney Castle in Ireland.
