Fullness represents how full you are in the game.

Each character's fullness begins at 0 each day after intermission and can be increased by eating food. Each food item consumed increases your fullness rating by a fixed value.

The maximum fullness a character can ever be at is normally 15. If you try to eat something that would bring you over 15 fullness you will simply get a message saying you're too full.
