Billy Fence's latest release was cleverly tailored to improve the faults in the previous releases. Not fix them, just make them bigger.

In game, the image is actually white, but since that doesn't show up on a white background, and it's just a line drawing, it's been replaced with a black version here.
This opponent reflects Gobberwart's frustrations with Microsoft's Internet Explorer family of browsers and Microsoft's insistence on doing everything just a little bit differently to everyone else.

Billy Fence is a poorly disguised reference to Microsoft's Bill Gates.
The Internet Explorer logo is a blue letter "e" surround by a blue or yellow "swoosh".
