What's a pinafore? I don't know for certain, but I assume it's something to do with pinning, and let me assure you that was a lot funnier in my head. Put this little number on and you can get on with having all the fun and excitement that nurses usually have, like... changing bedpans and providing much-needed sponge-baths to dirty old men. Fun!
