In order to adventure at The Mine you need to purchase a Zweit-Childer mining permit at the The Mining Office. Without a permit you will receive this message:
Hey, wait a minute! You need a permit to be able to come in here! Go see the guys at the office, they should be able to help you out.
In order to adventure at The Mine you need to purchase a miner's helmet and a short-handled pickaxe. Without these equipped you will receive this message:
Unfortunately, the law requires that all miners be appropriately dressed before engaging in any mining activity.
You're going to need to get yourself the proper equipment before you can come in.
