This is a reference to the energy drink Red Bull. The effect is also a reference to the advertising campaigns in which Red Bull gives you 'wiiings' which was later changed to just wings.

• The "secret ingredient" being referenced is Taurine and the "it's not milk" is referencing the urban myth that Taurine was bull semen.
