This cape is extremely dapper, and incredibly flappy, hence the name. It's surprisingly large, which allows its wearer to use it to look imposing, make outrageous flapping motions, or hide behind in case they're suddenly called upon to pretend to be someone else in order to meet an urgent, low-budget, filming requirement.
