Effects may be positive (such as increased stats, or higher chance of finding items and moolah) or negative, and may be obtained in game from various sources, mainly through certain opponents, consuming specific items or using devices.
Known Effects
Unless otherwise specified, all items giving fullness or bladder also results in Item Loss.
